Resurrection Lutheran Church confesses the Triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. What this means is we believe there is one God with three expressions, each is distinct and the same time also the same God.

We confess that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior and the Gospel as the power of God for the salvation of all who believe. What this means is that Jesus Christ is the Word of God incarnate, Jesus became of human flesh and lived among us. Jesus is both 100% human and 100% God. Through his life, death, and resurrection God fashions a new creation.

You do not have to be a member of this church to receive communion. We believe that anyone who hears the promises of God that are for you are invited to receive the sacrament. If you hear these words and would like to participate in communion, even if you feel that you have shaky faith, you are still welcomed to God’s table. Children that have not completed First Communion classes can still come forward and receive a blessing. Adults who do not want communion but still wish to come forward can also ask for a blessing.

We proclaim that God’s message to us is both Law and Gospel found in the Word of God, revealing judgment and mercy through word and deed.
